2. Add some salad oil to the rice, add the mushrooms and start cooking. After the water boils, add carrots and corn kernels, stir while cooking in one direction.

3. When it feels like it’s almost done (about 20 minutes), add the diced ham. After the water boils again, sprinkle in the chopped green onions and it’s best to season with salt.

Homemade meat sauce noodles

Ingredients: 2 pancakes, 250g minced meat, 3 mushrooms, 1 carrot. Ingredients: barbecue sauce, corn starch, oil, salt, soy sauce, sugar, green onion

1. Cut carrots, mushrooms and lean meat into small pieces and chop them together; cook the noodles, rinse them with cold water, and set aside.

When one side is set and turns golden brown, turn it over and fry again. After turning it over, pour in the egg liquid and fry until the egg liquid sets and the other side turns golden brown.

Shredded Chicken Noodles

Ingredients: 400g wide noodles, 200g chicken breast, 150g cowpea. Seasonings: chili pepper, garlic, oil, salt, dark soy sauce, chicken stock.

1. Remove the heads and tails of the cowpeas, wash and cut into small pieces, blanch them in boiling salted water until cooked, remove and drain for later use; remove the tendons from the chicken breasts and tear them into thin strips; add a little salt to the garlic and mash it into a paste.

Salad Sandwich

Ingredients: Sandwich bread, cucumber, tomato, egg, salad dressing
