Repair process

After taking out the main body, I found that not only the battery compartment but also the front control panel is protected by silicone pads. It seems that the materials used are indeed much more solid than those of 6730. You get what you pay for.

Take off the front and back silicone pads respectively. Don't be afraid, just pull them off directly. The back one is snapped on, and the front one has two small protrusions that are snapped on and fixed. Both are easy to install.

Then I measured it with a multimeter and found that the battery voltage was 3.47v. It should be sent after charging. It is already quite low. The picture shows two solder joints that are obviously higher than other places. These are the solder joints of the battery pins. If you are not sure, you can measure them with a multimeter first. Because I don't have a bench vise and the solder joints on this PCB are dense, it is difficult to remove the solder. The method I used was to melt the tin, knock it hard on the table, and knock it off when the tin was not paying attention. It took several attempts before I could take out the battery. Of course, you can also try solder sucking wire and hollow needle.

Measure the new battery voltage 3.74V. There should be no problem. Install the board~

Soldering two pins is a basic operation. It can be seen that the pins are higher than before. Is it because it needs to adapt to various models? Anyway, it does not affect the Philips electric toothbrush 9360. Replace the battery

You can see the two black dots here are for fixing the front silicone pad. Press the silicone pad on. If it is not easy to fix, you can use a small screwdriver to pry it open. They are all silicone and will not have any impact.
