The possibility of uterine rupture with a horizontal incision is lower than that with a vertical incision. The vertical incision is very fast, but not beautiful. After the horizontal incision is done, nothing can be seen once the pubic hair covers it. The horizontal incision is a surgery with a better appearance. It is more time-consuming to do. It is cut horizontally and vertically, and it is not as fast as the vertical incision. However, the actual incision into the uterus is the lower uterine segment.
