Ingredients: 500g pig ears, 50g green onions, 40g soy sauce, 50g chili oil, 10g MSG, 2g pepper powder, 25g sesame oil

1. Remove all the remaining hair from the pig ears and scrape them clean;

2. Boil thoroughly in boiling water, scrape and wash again, and cook in soup;

3. Take it out and rinse it with cold water;

4. Chop the green onion;

5. Mix onion, soy sauce, chili oil, MSG, pepper powder and sesame oil into sauce;
